Five Elements of Spiritual & Psychological Health
A discussion of five elements thet contribute to spiritual and psychological health by author Gregg Krech.
Very interesting...makes sense to me. I am a CRNA (certified registered nurse anesthetist) I work currently work full time in a small critical access hospital in the upper peninsula of northern Michigan. I also have a small hypnosis practice as a certified hypnotherapist. I hope to retire from anesthesia in about 5 years and slide into a full time hypnotherapy practice as I find it much more interesting and satisfying than anesthesia which is more of a technical practice, and which I have been doing for over 40 years. In the past, in my younger years, I studied Aikido under Isao Takahashi and enjoyed it very much. I do not practice now as I have wide spread arthritis, had surgery on my neck, and have shoulder problems. But I did enjoy the practice of it very much and leaned a lot from the master, Sensai Morihei Ueshiba and his teachings. I will probably become a member of your organization as I can see where it could help me in my practice of hypnotherapy. Thank you very much for providing this interesting website. Have a wonderful day.
